Hunting bow for example has one damage, handling and fire mod each which is an all rounder. The handling boosts the speed at which multiple arrows are nocked. Damage adds purpose to each arrow hitting, mainly hardpoint arrows, as it is pointless doing 3 arrows per shot if there's no damage in each hit.
