I had a 2006 Chrysler 300C with 5.7 hemi and the same stalling problem. I had the fuel tank changed and the fuel pumps. It stalled when I pulled out of the dealership. I changed the EGR, ECM (Twice), Crankshaft sensor, purge valve, leak detector, evaporator canister and checked the alternator as well as clean all the fuses.
The noise coming from a bad sway bar link/bushing would be described as clunk, rattle, or squeak. 2. Poor Handling. The sway bar’s job is to minimize body roll when steering. When the sway bar bushings/links have gone bad, it causes more weight to be placed on wheels that are on the outside of the corner.

The 2005 Touring I inherited as a company car in 2006 with 25,000 miles on it. Camshaft and/or lifter wear. I have a 2012 Chrysler 300 SRT 8, 70,000 miles. About a year ago the CEL came on. Codes were for bank 2 position 1 and bank 2 position 2 O2 sensor. Replaced upstream sensor first. 6 weeks, or 2 months later CEL came back on. Bank 2 position 2 O2 sensor. Replaced downstream sensor. She was gone on vacation for a week and when she came back the car wouldn't start. They replaced the pump and things were fine till a couple months ago (March 2011).
